Renishaw probe and 4th-axis fixture on a Haas

Contract machining

Parts that fit. Dates that hold.

Precision CNC. We want the work that repeats — fixtures, a locked process, and an economical price. Engineering help is available.

How we like to work

Volume, repeatability, and an affordable piece price

One-off jobs happen. What we want is a customer who keeps coming back. Dedicated tooling, a locked-in process, and a price that drops as the work repeats.

01

4-axis milling

Haas VF-4SS, three VF-3SS, a VF-2SS, and a FANUC RoboDrill — all 4-axis. Plus a 3-axis RoboDrill with a pallet changer for repeating work.

02

Turning

Haas TL lathe for shafts, collars, bushings, and turned bodies that have to clean up and stay concentric.

03

Probe and inspect

Renishaw probing on every machine. Bench checks with calipers, mics, height gage, pin gauges, gauge blocks, and an optical comparator.

Partnership

Stay long enough to make it affordable

Repeating work is how fixtures pay off. That is the relationship we want.

Volume

Repeating work

Standing orders beat a new setup every time. The more the part repeats, the more cost we can take out.

Tooling

Specialized fixtures

Dedicated workholding costs money up front. On the right volume it pays back in cycle time, scrap, and piece price.

Design

Engineering help

We will work the print with you — what has to hold, and what can change so the part runs faster.

How we quote

Send the print. Tell us the volume.

Quote the first lot if you need it. Also tell us what the part does in a year. That is how tooling gets into the price.

  • PDF prints or STEP / SolidWorks files
  • Material and finish called out
  • Quantity now and likely repeat volume
  • Inspection requirements if they matter

Materials

Common stock we cut

If you run something less common, ask. We will tell you whether we want the job before you wait on a quote.

Capabilities

What the shop can take on

Seven CNC mills, a Haas lathe, Renishaw probing on every machine, and a climate-controlled inspection area.

Core work

Milling, turning, and the jobs around them

  • 4-axis CNC milling on Haas Super Speed VMCs and a FANUC RoboDrill
  • 3-axis RoboDrill with pallet changer for repeating prismatic work
  • Haas TL lathe for turned parts
  • Renishaw probing on every machine for setup and in-process checks
  • Engineering and design support to make parts cheaper to run
  • Dedicated tooling when the volume justifies it
  • Assembly capabilities, fiber laser marking, blasting, vibratory finish, anodizing, and metal finishing

Equipment

What is on the floor

Every machine has Renishaw probing. Travels and inspection limits are quoted against the print.

Inspection

How parts get checked

On the machine

Renishaw probing for work offsets and in-process checks so the first part and the twentieth part start from the same setup.

At the bench

Calipers, micrometers, height gage, pin gauges, gauge blocks, and an optical comparator.

Other resources

Work around the spindle

In house

Product development, assembly and packaging, fiber laser marking, and vibratory finishing.

Outside vendors

Blasting and coatings of any type, plus other finish work we do not run on the floor. Call it out on the print and we will say how it gets done.

Engineering

Design the part so it runs

We are a shop that will work with the print and help you get to a part that holds spec at a price that works in volume.

Manufacturability

Call out what actually matters. Loosen what does not. Change a radius, a stock size, or a datum and the cycle time can drop without touching function.

Tooling and fixtures

On repeating work we will talk dedicated workholding and process tooling. The goal is simple: fewer setups, less handling, lower piece price.

Efficiency

Pallet work, probing, and a process that stays put. High volume only stays cheap if the shop is efficient after the first article ships.

Beyond the spindle

Other work we take

Machining is the center. Around it: product development, assembly, fiber laser marking, blasting, vibratory finishing, metal finishing, and anodizing. Call the finish out on the print and we will say what we run in house.

About the shop

Manufacturing habits.

A CNC shop built for repeating work. Tooling and engineering time only pay off if the second order shows up.

Why this site

A machine shop should look like it can hold a tolerance

Buyers need to know where you are, what you cut, and whether the shop wants the second order. We do.

  • Built for production relationships, not one-and-done quotes
  • Engineering and design support around the parts we machine
Print

Quote the drawing

If a dimension is critical, it should be on the sheet. We will also tell you if a change would machine cheaper at volume.

Volume

Price follows process

High volume and a low piece price only work with efficient setups and specialized tooling. That is the work we want to keep.

Call

Talk to the shop

Midwest manufacturing still runs on people who pick up. The quote form is the start. The relationship is the work.

RFQ

Request a quote

Send the basics. If the job is a fit, you get a number and a date — or a clear no. File upload and a live inbox get wired once you name the address that should receive RFQs.

Send the print with this form if you can, or follow up with the PDF and STEP. Yearly volume changes the price.
